Jan is one of the pioneers of the Czech digital scene. Gradually, since 2001, he gained experience at ARBOmedia, and a few years later he headed the Digital Media division of Universal McCann and he held a similar position in GroupM after six years. For the last two years, he has been working as a Media Director at McCann Prague, and at the same time he has been working on developing of his own H3.0 digital advertising planning tool.
At the Brand Management 2019 conference, he will present alongside with his colleague Jaroslav Malina. Their topic will cover the brand building in the environment of constant innovation and craving for immediate and measurable results. What is your brand, after all? A lighthouse in a storm, or a candle that can be easily blown out. Many companies, especially the traditional ones, are now focusing on performance and short term results. They are forgetting that in the era full of innovation, automation and informed customers, a strong brand is the main business driver.
