The aim of the organization is to develop the entrepreneurial minds of high school students, eight thousand of them annually pass through their programs.

Generation Z, Digital Natives or another "Silent Generation" is the primary target group for Junior Achievement. How they think about life, what they want to achieve, what is their relationship to brands and what it all means for marketing departments. Those are topics Martin will talk about at the Brand Management 2019 conference.
