Six years ago he joined the manufacturing company M-I-B-O, which produces scooters in the heart of the Beskydy Mountains, as a consultant in business cases and marketing. He brought his own rich experience from previous work in REDA, SOLO Sušice or Česká PIC and soon he became managing director and co-owner of M-I-B-O. Now he influences the whole nascent market through innovation, vision and personal relationships. He believes that high-quality presentation and a sophisticated brand philosophy are not just a privilege for large companies. The new corporate design of the company was awarded this year by the ADC Creative Awards jury and won gold in the Design category.
At the Brand Management 2019 conference, Pavel will introduce the path to the redesign as well as its outcome, which is already reflected in a significant increase in margin. “We used to do graphically everything as we thought. In 20 years of activity, a million styles had been mixed up in an unconceived way, until rebranding has brought a clear and understandable language to the customer,” says Pavel Werner. He adds that over the past three years the company has increased its export share from 20 % of turnover to more than 60 %.
